We're hiring a founding Head of Sales to lead MCFT’s go-to-market, close lighthouse deals, and build a scalable commercial engine for our next-generation index technology.

Head of Sales — Founding commercial lead

MCFT is building a new generation of index technology — a fast, flexible and transparent “index factory” that turns ideas into investable strategies in seconds. As we grow, we’re opening the key position of Head of Sales.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Lead MCFT’s go-to-market as our founding commercial partner, landing lighthouse deals across ETFs, structured products, and asset management.
  • Build and scale a repeatable sales engine: pricing, playbooks, partnerships, and case studies.
  • Earn uncapped commission + equity upside, with direct influence on product, strategy, and growth.

This is a founder-level role with strong autonomy, equity upside, and uncapped commissions.
